VIRGO: OUR NEW MODULAR TECHNOLOGY
Virgo is a new modular automatic machine design to be upgradeable!
It has the capability to install up to five operating units that can be personalized according to customer needs.
Machine is designed to grant compatibility with all standard aerosol and BOV operations (i.e. product filling, valve insertion and crimping, propellant filling).
Virgo is an electronic and programmable indexing machine available in both safe and ATEX configurations and it is provided with brushless motor and electronic control with PLC and LCD control panel.
It has user friendly HMI, suitable for all operations.
This machine has been conceived to be installed in line together with additional modules to cover all the filling process.
The unit is fully compliant with European safety rules and CE marked.
