UTC TECHNOLOGY

Our UTC technology is suitable for all types of Bag-On-Valves.

Cosmar is able to supply BOV filling machines including:

– Semi-automatic units for laboratory use and/or small scale production
– Automatic indexing machines (Single, double, or triple pitch)
– Configuration of each machine is supplied according to customers’ needs
– The machines are managed by PLC and HMI allowing full control of the operations and they are easy to be adjusted.

BOV systems are suitable for liquid as well as viscous products such as gels, creams, and ointments. It is used for cosmetics, pharma and food products.

We can provide seawater special execution thanks to all the appropriate components such as ceramic metering cylinder, titanium jacket and FDA gaskets.

The frame and the guarding of the machine are made in AISI 316L.
