BAG ON VALVE TECHNOLOGY
The Bag-on-Valve (BOV) aerosols system is a modern packaging technology developed to improve your cosmetic, medical or food products.
Not only it is convenient and user friendly, but it can be sprayed evenly at all angles and has up to 99% product emptying.
HOW DOES BOV WORK?
BOV consists of an aerosol valve with a welded bag. The product is placed inside the bag while the propellant is filled in the space between bag and can. The product is dispensed by the propellant simply squeezing the bag when the spray button is pressed, the product is squeezed out of the bag by the propellant, which creates the dispensing as a spray, cream or gel.

BOV systems are available with both female and male valves.

BOV FDA-approved laminated aluminium bag (3 or 4 layers depending on product requirements). BOV systems are available in a large range of sizes.

BOV systems are suitable for liquid as well as viscous products, in a number of application areas. BOV systems are optimized for oxygen-sensitive and sterile products with longer shelf live.
- The Propellant
Because of the separation between product and propellant, BOV can be used with Eco-Friendly Air or Nitrogen. No need for flammable propellants.
