Our MR Machine fills and fits.. it’s efficient and effective..
Inside there is a BOV system that is suitable for liquid as well as viscous products such as gels, creams, and ointments. It is used for cosmetics, pharma and food products.

This machine has been designed to achieve up to 80 cpm, and it can be provided with 24 or 28 pockets.
The rotating star wheel is controlled by a servomotor and it can accept cans with up to a maximum diameter of 66mm.

It can be supplied for in line layout or in/out configuration.

The height adjustment is automatised according to the recipe.

In the pharma execution the machine is GMP compliance, and the software is provided according to the CFR21 specifications.
Siemens touch panel also for ATEX compliance.
Remote service pack is provided as a standard supply.
